
Individual Therapy
In the individual therapy we focus on your present life and current challenges, bringing self awareness to here and now as well as how past experiences are influencing the way you experience your life.
I work from integrative Gestalt perspective that emphasises personal responsibility and focuses on the individual’s experience in the present moment, the therapist-client relationship, and the environmental and social contexts of a person’s life. Through holistic understanding and integration of thoughts, feelings, and actions you can get in touch with the deepest parts of yourself, to live and be in the world with a sense of authenticity.
Sessions usually take place every week. One individual session lasts 50 minutes and costs 120 CHF. *

Couples Therapy
Couples therapy is a form of psychotherapy that can help you and your partner improve your relationship. It can be helpful at any stage of your relationship.
It can address a wide range of relationship issues, including recurring conflicts, feelings of disconnection, an affair, issues related to intimacy, or difficulties due to external stressors. The aim of therapy is to help each partner to become aware how they are in the relationship more clearly and rebuild a sense of connection and security.
Couple sessions take place once per week/once per 2 weeks – depending on the couple’s situation/preference. One sessions lasts 80 minutes and costs 180 CHF.

Online Therapy
Remote therapy is an option for those unable to attend sessions in person.
Although most often it is more beneficial to meet in person, this might be impossible for some. In online therapy we meet through Skype or Zoom.
Downloading one of this programs and a quiet, comfortable and private space are the only things needed.
I offer both individual and couples therapy on-line.
